Stopped in unexpectedly and was more than welcomed. Owner friendly and easy going. Price was $60 for what you would normally pay $110, neat and clean cabin. Site also has ensuit powered site's. 2 mins to shops Macca's petrol stations. Recommend to anyone.

Great place, near to clubs. Great for push bike riders. Nothing for children, but for us 2 it was very good. Will plan to stay again.

We stayed here with our camper trailer one night when passing through… small site with friendly owner… blocks for vans have an en-suite! $35 for the night! Close to centre of town and river… is is the ritz? No but we liked the feel of the place and would be more than happy to stay again

I loved the peace and quiet here, no loud people blasting music, no excessive traffic noise, and close to eateries, clubs, and pubs. As an aged single traveller, it was perfect. The ensuite cabins provide all your basic amenities, including toilet, shower,microwave, bench top oven with hotplates,a/c hot/cold, TV, fridge, table & chairs, comfy bed and warm bedding. The cabins are smallish, yet everything that you need for a stop over is provided. Host Lindy was so lovely, very helpful, and extra obliging after the rain held me up from moving on, l stayed another day, which was greatly appreciated. Deniliquin is a pleasant town, with lovely parks and gardens to explore on the Edward River. Lovely coffee places and Bakeries in town too, worth a look on your journey through.

What a great little place to stay. Steve at reception was a great help for info around town. Our caravan site had a lovely clean ensuite. Beautiful bird life, RSL over the road and a quick walk to Deni Bowls Club which has some of the best Chinese ever. Cheers Steve, we will be back.

Rustic, but we stayed 10 days, and lived our stay there. Quiet, easy walk to the Exchange Pub, highly recommend a visit. There’s a laundry, and a clothesline, complete with pegs, which was a bonus as I forgot mine. There’s two areas where you can sit and socialise if you wish, and a bbq. My favourite was the En-Suite, plenty of room, very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. When you travel around, having your own toilet and shower is the height of luxury! Will definitely return, thanks Steve for a very positive stay. Just an Add on-over a year later, second stay of 12 days this time, chose to return, just as happy as the first time 😊

Basic clean park in handy location to Deni RSL. Clean Dry bath mat provided on checkin. Caretaker/owner friendly and efficient. Amenities clean

Cheap and simple accommodation, in a quiet part of town, that backs onto bush surrounding the local golf club. And only a minutes drive to the center of town. The prop. Steve is an awesome guy, and made my multiple stays here pleasant.
